Design & Development Associates have secured another planning approval in Hightown for a two storey side extension. The client approached us wanting additional accommodation with ideally a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden area. The buildings were naturally staggered so our designers undertook a site assessment and felt the scheme was viable, so undertook planning application drawings and submitted to the Local Authority. Our designers also made an assessment of the street scheme and took design cues from neighbouring properties to ensure the enlarged property did not look overbearing which was noted by the Local Authority.

The planning application was approved under delegated powers and we successfully secured the additional space our client was after.
