Design & Development Associates have recently secured Building Control Approval for a 4 meter rear extension and internal alterations to a dwelling in Kings Park, Bournemouth.

The proposal was for a larger kitchen living area and the creation of a new utility  to provide much needed space for the family. After an initial consultation with the clients, our architectural designers produced a design for new orangery style extension with a large roof lantern. The large roof lantern provided an abundance of light over the kitchen/living area and is a stunning feature to this extension.The design was instantly approved by the client, and from this a set of detailed building regulation plans were produced.

Due to this vast amount of information the Building Control officer approved the plans and work was quickly underway.
