Design & Development Associates have secured a Certificate Of Lawful Development for a single storey rear extension in Danecourt Road, Poole.

The proposal involves removing the rear wall to create a large kitchen living diner with a sky lantern for enhanced natural light. As part of the design we suggested a dummy pitched roof to ensure the proposal was as sympathetic to the existing property as possible. The design was approval by the Borough of Poole’s Planning Officer and we are now undertaking the Building Regulation compliant plans so work can commence in the spring.
