The property, located in Seagrim Road, is one of many of this style that have an inherent design flaw at first floor level. The properties have a sloping ceiling in the bedrooms over the garage, meaning that the bedrooms feel small. The solution to this is to raise the gutter height to match the rest of the house and build up over the garage. Then then adds an additional 1.3 meters to the bedroom in depth and removes the sloping ceiling effect, allowing for larger bedrooms to be created.
