Design & Development Associates have secured another stunning loft conversion and extension in Ringwood Road, Ferndown.

The client approached us through a recommendation who we gained planning permission for at the end of last year, and wanted us to look at the options for a loft conversion to his property. We undertook a design, which was contemporary in nature, to produce this stunning loft conversion and rear extension.

The design increases the living space with large bi-fold doors over the garden, and doubles the number of bedrooms within the house (from four to eight!). The property is well proportioned throughout and the planning officer commented ‘the proposed design is considered to enhance the style and appearance of the existing dwelling and sit comfortably within the street scene.’

Once submitted, the application took the standard eight weeks for the council to issue the planning approval and work is due to commence over the summer.
