Design & Development Associates have secured planning permission for a front and rear extension to a bungalow in broadstone.

The client was looking to undertake a front extension to extend their existing dining room area and create a separate lounge. They were also seeking to undertake a rear extension to create an additional bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. The front extension was outside the scope of permitted development, which meant we had to submit a householder planning application.

We undertook a measured site survey of the property and produced detailed existing floor plans and elevations along with proposed floor plans and elevations. These were then submitted to the Borough of Poole Council. The application was approved under delegated powers.
