Design & Development Associates have secured planning consent for the extension at first floor level to a property in Bournemouth.

The client approached us through a recommendation after we successfully obtained planning approval for a similar development on Seagrim Road.

Due to the overall height on the boundary the proposal required planning permission. We therefore undertook a measured survey and produced a design proposal which we subsequently submitted to the local authority as a householder planning application.

The application was decided under delegated powers and the works are due to commence in 2017.
