Design & Development Associates have secured another stunning loft conversion in Corfe Mullen.

The client approached us through a recommendation by a local contractor who we gained planning permission for at the end of last year, and wanted us to look at the options for a loft conversion to his property.

The existing site is a split level property, and on assessment we recommended raising the ridge height and changing the direction of the ridge in order to create the required habitable accommodation. The raising of ridge height requires planning permission so we undertook a measured survey and produced existing and proposed floor plans and elevations for the councils consideration.

Once submitted the application took the standard eight weeks for the council to issue the planning approval and work is due to commence over the summer.
