Design & Development Associates have recently secured planning permission for a rear extension and internal alterations to a property in Weymans Avenue, Bournemouth.

We were instructed to undertake the rear extension to increase the habitable footprint in order to create a fantastic kitchen living diner.

The plans were prepared and submitted to Bournemouth Borough Council and were subsequently APPROVED without amendment after the standard 8 week planning period.

We are now undertaking the working drawings to allow this extension to be built over the summer.
